Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns and exchanges policy?

For all orders except sale, preordered items and earrings, we accept a one-time return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order for unworn or unused items. Please note we need to receive your returned piece back at our store by the 14th day itself.

If you wish to return an item, it must be returned in the same condition in which it was received - unworn, unused, have no signs of wear or damage, in its original condition with tags still attached (if any), and it must include all items (pouch, polishing cloth, jewellery box, and care guide etc.) that were in the original package.

Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Le Nay has the right to deny a return, or deduct a partial amount on your refund.

Do I have to pay for the shipping cost of return?

All shipping costs for returns and exchanges within Singapore will be borne by Le Nay. For any other countries, we are unable to bear the shipping costs, for both the return parcel and reshipping of the replacement or exchanged item.

How do I start the return process?

Simply drop us an email with the photos of the item that you wish to return and we will get back to you within 2 working days.

Do you do refunds?

Yes, we are able to process a refund in store credits. Store credits do not expire. Unfortunately, we will not be able to process any refunds by cash or your original payment method. 

Are store credits transferable?

Store credits are non-transferable.

Can I use the store credits for multiple transactions?

Store credits are valid for a single transaction only. For example, if you have $70 in store credit from a refund and would like to spend $60, the remaining $10 will not be refunded to you in cash or store credits.

Can I do an exchange instead of a refund?

Absolutely. If you are not satisfied with your order and are looking for something else, simply drop us an email! We always want to make sure you are happy with your purchase and we will gladly do a one-time exchange for another item of the same price, or you could simply top the difference if the item is of higher price.
