Always log in to your account via the yellow “Gift” icon located at the bottom left corner of the website. Once you have logged in, your Smileys will be displayed on the home page. To redeem your rewards, click on “Ways to redeem”. 

Simply share your referral link to a friend. Your friend will be directed to our website upon clicking the link. A pop up will be launched on the page for your friend to enter her/his email. The $10 voucher will then be emailed to your friend. Do note that this $10 discount is only valid for first-time purchases and customers who have not registered with us prior.

Definitely! All purchases, including those made with a guest account online, are tagged to the email you have used. Simply activate your account by registering with the same email, and all your past purchases will be credited to your membership.

The system is coded to prevent birthday fraud. Customers will not be rewarded Smileys for their birthday in that year if they entered a date that is within the next 30 days. They will be rewarded the following year on that date by the system.

Fret not, we want to bring you joy on your speical day! Simply send us a photo of your identity card that contains details such as name and address matching the shipping or billing address to verify your identity and your date of birth. The 50 Smileys will be on its way!

You can use your rewards at our pop ups except those held in a Department Store (Isetan, Marks & Spencers, Robinsons etc). Also, you would not able to stack the rewards with promotions run during the pop up. Only 1 discount code/promotion can to be used at any time.
