Where does Le Nay ship to?
We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, and Europe.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
For products that are in stock, your items will be packed and shipped within 2 working days. Do note that this does not refer to when the product will be delivered.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated based on the subtotal before taxes and after discounts.
Singapore
Shipping is on us! We use registered shipping via Ninja Van, it usually takes 2-3 working days.
We also provide s delivery ($12) from Monday to Friday, the cut-off time is 2pm.
Malaysia

How long will it take to receive my order?
Singapore: 1 - 3 working days
Malaysia: 4 - 7 days by Skynet, 2 - 4 working days by DHL Express
All other countries: 5 - 8 days Skynet, 2 - 4 working days by DHL Express
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped from our store, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity.
Will I be charged for duties and taxes?
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Le Nay does not have any control over these fees and we are unable to advise the cost. In the case that you refuse your shipment in order to avoid duties and taxes, we are unfortunately unable to cancel your order, or refund your payment in cash or store credits. Please keep in mind that we are unable to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery as well. You will also be responsible for all re-delivery of your orders as a result of your refusal.
